When does it ship?
Flow Light is in the prototype phase. We’re gathering the founding list now and will share timelines with the list first, as soon as we have dates we trust.
Is $119 the final price?
It’s the price we’re planning for. Founding list members get it locked in even if the shelf price ends up higher. Nothing is charged for a reservation, and the optional $5 deposit comes off the final price.
Will it damage my door? I rent.
No screws, no drilling. The mount latches onto the doorframe or door and comes off clean. Designed with renters in mind.
How long does the battery last?
Weeks of typical use per charge. When it’s low, the light unlatches in one motion and recharges over USB-C.
Does it need Wi-Fi or an app?
No. The switch talks directly to the light. Nothing to pair with your phone, no account, no firmware nags.
Will it work with kids?
Flow Light is a signal, not a lock. It works exactly as well as the agreement behind it. Families tell us the ritual helps: kids learn “glow means wait” faster than they learn “closed door means wait.”
